The Weldon-Seaboard Alumni Chapter of Shaw University participated in the first Roanoke Valley HBCU Collaboration on August 1st. This first event was a freshman student send-off for those attending historically black colleges and universities. Over one-hundred students, parents and alumni of the over 22 institutions represented were in attendance.
